Wireless RF scanners.  We use this method to ensure processing and tracking accuracy. This real-time functionality allows quick identification of receipt issues and even quicker correction/resolution times.

Receipt processes include:

• In-check from carrier
• 100% physical inspection upon receipt
• All materials are scanned into our system upon receipt and inspection
• Customized tracking of all materials based on service level agreements

Real-time reporting and customer access. Our customers have immediate access to all captured data via the Web.

First-In/First-Out (FIFO).  Our methodology is designed to ensure that warranty periods are managed. We ship all warehoused units and components utilizing this methodology and to ensure material picking accuracy remains at optimal levels.

Packing processes include:

• Materials packaged according to customer-designated specification (packing, labeling, etc.)
• Receive Purchase Order from customer via EDI or predetermined customer method
• Materials staged
• Arrange "just-in-time" transportation
