About SPI Innovations, Inc.
Our Management
The
management team of SPI Innovations Incorporated (SPI) has a solid
foundation in business processes and technology. Their technical
experience ranges from work on initial projects that developed supply
chain systems for a Fortune 100 company to present day enterprise
management systems. The founder of SPI has had experience in every
aspect of business development and delivery. This team of
professionals has collectively designed and grew a company that is
poised for greater heights. Many of the principals are former
members of the Rick Inatome organization, Inacomp Computer Centers.
Inacomp provided the unique expertise that many of the members of this
management team share today. They also bring business knowledge
from organizations such as Dow Chemical, Citizens Bank, Dow Corning,
Covenant Healthcare, and St Mary’s Medical Center. The management
team has worked inside many companies providing technology support from
inception to maturity. The organizations and services that they have
managed have been global in scope, with hundreds of locations and
thousands of customers.
Bill Loiacano, President & CEO
Bill is
President and CEO of SPI. Bill founded the company in 1991 to better
service some key clients in Northern Michigan with their logistics and
procurement needs. Today, SPI is a leader in logistics and
procurement solutions for a number of companies. Bill oversees
the strategic direction of the company as it transitions from a
procurement supplier to a full service technology services provider.
Bill
has constantly been acknowledged as a sales leader and has received
numerous awards from IBM, Inacomp and Apple Computer for achieving 100+
percent increases in sales. He spent ten years with Inacomp,
under the direction of Rick Inatome, driving that organization to
national prominence. Bill opened and managed more than 17 stores
for the company and was responsible for all P&L, human resources
and inventory management.
Bill
has taken SPI from concept and idea to a survivor in the information
technology services industry. His vision, professionalism,
experiences and leadership have given SPI Innovations Incorporated the
necessary energy and creativity to move forward.
Bill
works tirelessly for his beliefs and causes including “Team
Challenge Worldwide” and “St. Peter and Paul
Church”. He is active in the business community of Northern
Michigan and Northern Florida. He resides in Destin, Florida with
his wife Pamela, daughters Rachel, Hannah and Sarah.
Glenn Wyman, Vice President Sales and Business Development
Glenn is
currently Vice President of Sales and Business Development with SPI.
Glenn provides clients with IT solutions to help them be more efficient
and productive while helping them lower their overall costs. His
primary focus has been business development with SPI over the past nine
years with an emphasis on the Healthcare Industry. He manages
SPI’s sales consultants and representatives. He also is
responsible for all account management for the company. Glenn has
a successful track record of developing long-term partnerships through
strong client management.
Glenn's more than nineteen years of sales experience has been a
“win-win” for both his clients and SPI in developing
successful business strategies.
Prior
to joining SPI, Glenn was an Account Manager with The Phoenix
Group. There his expertise in developing data base marketing
programs helped key clients such as Dow Chemical and Dow Corning manage
their customer relationships in a more productive manner. Glenn has
received numerous sales awards for outstanding sales achievement with
Inacomp Computer Centers including "The Million Dollar
Club”, three years in a row. During his tenure with
Inacomp, Glenn developed a niche working with and understanding the
small and medium sized (SMB) business marketplace.
Glenn
is most passionate about travel and helping children with cancer. Glenn
resides in Midland, Michigan and is married to Dawn. They have one
daughter, Madeline.
Kevin Radde, Vice President Operations
Kevin is
currently the Vice President of Operations at SPI where he manages the
day-to-day operations of the company. Kevin also is responsible
for SPI’s Logistics and Procurement Solutions for our
clients. His primary focus is customer relationship management
via continuous contact and dialogue with key accounts for the
company. He works on special projects with select accounts,
including a fortune 100 company, in selling services and providing
procurement services.
Prior
to joining SPI, Kevin gained extensive experience from several
corporations which focused on customer support. Kevin deeply
enjoys working with people. Customer satisfaction is one of
SPI’s strengths and Kevin has taken a lead role in this
“High-Touch” method of managing our client
relationships. He enjoys making a difference and views each
opportunity to interact with our clients a chance to add value to the
relationship. He has received several awards for his sales and
customer service.
Kevin
is an active member of his church and serves on its technology board,
providing leadership and direction for its members’ use of
technology. Kevin and his wife Kathryn have three children Cody,
Sammantha and Alayna. They reside in Midland, Michigan.
Jim Conger, Manager of Professional Services
Jim is currently Manager of Professional Services for
SPI where he provides clients with certified professionals, maintenance
engineers and qualified support services. His primary focus has
been building customer awareness on changing technologies for the past
twenty years. He also has an extensive background in computer and
printer support. His team of professionals has extensive
certifications in most software and hardware disciplines.
Jim's more than twenty years of experience in the computer industry has been instrumental in his role today as the manager
of
professional services. Jim has the ability to help our clients see
the
future from an IT perspective as well as helping them grow.
He
is most passionate about his family and sporting activities.
Nick Loiacano, Director Finance and Administration
Nick is
currently Director of Finance and Administration for SPI where he is
responsible for all financial reporting and administration for the
company. Nick’s experience as a small business owner for
more than twenty years provides tremendous leadership. The business
experience and financial knowledge that Nick brings to the management
team of SPI is invaluable.
Prior
to taking on the capacity of the company’s financial steward,
Nick owned and operated his own successful business enterprise.
There he managed a team of individuals that operated successfully to
achieve the goals and objectives of the company. Based on the
success of the company, Nick retired and later joined SPI to assist his
brother in growing the company.
Nick
resides in Saginaw, Michigan. He has enjoyed a varied career and
life and looks forward to continuing to obtaining the most out of life.
