"Teachers in the Wayne-Westland Community School District have been using eInstruction's CPS systems for about 9 years. Recently, when faced with a need to expand our response systems, the District evaluated a few other similar systems and decided to standardize with eInstruction devices. An important benefit for us in this decision, is that eInstruction also owns ExamView Assessment Suite, which we have benefited from long before it was acquired by eInstruction. Examview's test bank of assessment questions are aligned with the MI curriculum standards, which drive our instructional programs. Another positive aspect of ExamView is that it integrates with the assessment component of our SIS. We've gone even further in our adoption of eInstruction products and have added multiple Mobi's (mobile interactive white boards) into most classrooms. Teachers now have the ability to be anywhere in the room and use the white board as a teaching tool. Since up to nine devices can work with one receiver, the students can use the additional classroom Mobis - creating a collaborative classroom. When it comes time to use the response pads to do a formative assessment, teacher can see privately on their Mobi exactly how students responded. Truly an integrated classroom solution. We have been very pleased with our partners at SPI Innovations in helping us in this recent deployment of eInstruction devices and ExamView software.
