Help Desk Solutions
Most users only have a limited knowledge of the software
installed on their computers and do not have a resource to ask about how to
perform a task that may simplify the job at hand. Some companies have installed help desks,
but for a small organization, this is not practical.
SPI offers several means of application support for the
Microsoft Office Products and basic system operating level functions.

call with a “how to” question and receive guidance on how to
