Predictive Failure Monitoring and Remediation Solutions

 

SPI’s Server Agents provides 7x24 monitoring of server processes, pre-failure hardware alerts, and maintenance activities.   When a potential debilitating event occurs on a server the NOC engineers analyze the event to determine the potential cause and activities required to correct the cause of event.  When the problem can be corrected remotely, an engineer will connect to the customer network and take corrective action to bring the system back into compliance.  If the problem requires an engineer to be dispatched to the customer site, the customer will be contacted to determine the most effective course of action.

 

In addition, Desktop Agents monitor the status of each PCs maintenance process and notify the NOC of any pre-failure warnings that the hardware is capable of producing.  When an event on a PC occurs that requires remediation, the customer is contacted to determine the best course of action.
